Authors Guidelines

Manuscripts can be submitted to BER anytime and the articles will be processed for the next edition of the journal. Authors should not submit articles that are under consideration elsewhere. When submitting an article, all authors are asked to indicate that they do not have a duplicate or related manuscript for publication elsewhere. Reviewers will be asked to comment on any overlap between related submissions.
